Terms of Service

Last updated:

June 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FounderPitch's website and pitch deck review services (the "Service"). By submitting your deck, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide pitch deck feedback and review services for pre-seed and seed stage founders. This includes:

  • Slide-by-slide written feedback on your pitch deck

  • An investor-readiness assessment

  • Additional materials, which may include branding guideline files and outreach or fundraising strategy resources, depending on the plan purchased

The Service consists of feedback and guidance only. We do not design, write, or edit your deck on your behalf, unless explicitly agreed to separately in writing.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the authority to submit the materials you provide (including your pitch deck) and that doing so does not violate any agreement with a third party

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

3. Submission of Materials

When you submit your pitch deck and related startup information, you agree to:

  • Provide materials in a supported format (PDF, PPT, Keynote, or similar)

  • Share accurate context about your startup so feedback can be properly tailored

  • Retain your own backup copies of all submitted materials

We are not responsible for loss of files due to technical issues, though we take reasonable care in handling all submissions.

4. Payment

  • All payments are processed through PayPal.

  • Prices for the Service are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

  • Payment is required before a review begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All fees are for the review service provided and are not a guarantee of funding outcomes, investor interest, or business success.

5. Refund Policy

Because the Service involves personal time and expertise applied to your specific deck:

  • Refunds are not available once a review has been started.

  • If a review has not yet started, you may request a refund within 1 day of purchase by contacting us.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the feedback received, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns; we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

6. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver feedback within the timeframe stated on our website (for example, 48 hours) from the point your deck and required information are fully submitted. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to volume or exceptional circumstances. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as we're aware of them.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Our feedback is intended to help strengthen your pitch deck and improve your fundraising readiness. However:

  • We do not guarantee that using our feedback will result in successful fundraising, investor meetings, or a term sheet.

  • Feedback reflects professional opinion and experience, not a guarantee of how any specific investor will respond.

  • Any potential investment interest from us personally, as disclosed on our website, is entirely separate from and not conditioned upon your purchase of the Service, and is offered solely at our discretion.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your pitch deck and startup information as confidential. We do not share, publish, or use your materials for purposes beyond providing the Service, except as described in our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

9. Intellectual Property

  • You retain full ownership of your pitch deck and all materials you submit.

  • Any templates, guideline files, strategy sheets, or resources we provide to you as part of the Service remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own startup's purposes but may not resell, redistribute, or repackage them.

10. Use of Proprietary Tools

We may use proprietary tools, models, or internal processes to help organize and streamline parts of the review process. All feedback delivered to you is personally reviewed, verified, and finalized before being sent, and is not generated or issued without human review.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost funding opportunities, lost revenue, or business decisions made based on our feedback.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific review in question.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or discontinue the Service to any user at our discretion, including in cases of abusive behavior, fraudulent payment, or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
